  • Timelines and deliverables are specified in project proposals and contracts
  • All work product is subject to client review and approval processes

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services

Due to the custom and creative nature of our work, the following services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:

  • •Media planning and buying services already executed

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Cancellation Policy

Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel projects according to the following terms:

Full refund minus 10% administrative fee for work not yet started

50% refund for work not yet started; completed work is non-refundable

Less Than 15 Days Notice

No refund available; all work in progress must be paid in full

If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We are committed to working with our clients to resolve any issues.
